Agent Risk Alert: Avoid Swapped Orders and Scam Reports
This is a public warning for buyers using China agent services: always verify that your agent purchases the exact product link you submitted.
Over the past weeks, many buyers in the wider agent-shopping community have reported the same serious issue: some orders appear to be purchased from the buyer's submitted link, but the received item does not match the product, batch, quality level, or seller originally selected.
How swapped orders can happen
A buyer submits a Weidian product link and expects the agent to purchase that exact item. If the platform records the order without actually completing payment to that seller, the buyer may believe the correct product was secured while a cheaper or different version is purchased elsewhere.
The result is simple: the buyer pays for one item, but warehouse photos or the final package show another item. The price difference becomes the risk, and the buyer may also lose time, service fees, and international shipping costs.
What buyers should check
Before approving shipment, compare the product page, order screenshot, selected color and size, warehouse photos, label details, seller notes, and parcel information. Do not approve international shipping if any important detail does not match.
Use safer habits
Keep screenshots, save order numbers, request clear QC photos, and use a reliable agent workflow. Surperbuy keeps this alert pinned because buyer safety matters more than speed.
Please share risk reports with new buyers so fewer people lose money through swapped orders or unclear purchase records.
